Ms. Sheela Karia

“The highest function of Education is to bring about an integrated individual who is capable of dealing with life as a whole.” J. Krishnamurti. Using this simple philosophy as the core, Ms. Karia is a trained and experienced educationist, having interacted and touched the lives of hundreds of learners from across the globe - be it India, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, or Singapore. She is a master’s in science, bachelor’s in education and has trained under the Management Development Programme on 21st Century Learning and Teaching from IIM Ahmedabad as well as a Workshop in theatre by NATE – UK.

Be it the classroom, the environment or ecological biodiversity, she has always introduced and created niches for her learners to explore and innovate. Serving on various academic and advisory boards as an expert on teaching and learning strategies, curriculum planning and thinking out of the box has been her forte.

She has been a mentor to her teachers and facilitators, hand holding whenever needed, stirred, and shaken with empathy. She is a classic example of walk the talk and learn by doing.
