Focused Library Periods

Roald Dahl once said, "If you are going to get anywhere in life, you have to read a lot of books."

At school Library periods promote much needed reading for pleasure and knowledge in a very subtle way. At Wise Oaks we believe that reading should not be presented to children as a task, instead it should be offered as a gift or incentive. Children are encouraged through a structured reading program to set and fulfil reading goals for reading a certain number of books.
